ZEEKR Auto motive’s Smart Factory is located in the “Golden South Wing” of the Yangtze River Delta (the beautiful Hangzhou Bay in China), which is the sixth largest urban agglomeration in the world. It is the cornerstone of ZEEKR Automobile’s real progress. The production standard of the whole factory is intelligence, quality and environmental protection, which includes stamping workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop and final assembly workshop. In the stamping workshop, there are 5-process mechanical presses with a total tonnage of 6,900T, and the factory adopts the Swiss GUDEL high-speed single-arm robot, which is capable of realizing automatic stamping, together with the automation process of AGV, which greatly improves the production efficiency. In the welding workshop, ZEEKR factory has 703 flexible robots, which can realize the full automation of welding process. In addition, it also adopts the SPR self-piercing riveting technology, which is the first one used in new energy in China, to ensure the accuracy of the welding process. In the painting process of the vehicle, ZEEKR Automobile Factory utilizes liquid damping adhesive instead of the traditional damping plate, and at the same time adopts the latest M -RODIP conveying technology and IGBT multi-stage rectification technology, which is capable of realizing the quality assurance of 6 years of rust-free corrosion and 12 years of no rust penetration of the vehicle. In the factory’s final assembly workshop, the first DUR ring light corridor in China is adopted, with twofold illumination enhancement to realize precision inspection. Various applications such as remote maintenance and intelligent inspection through VR eyes have greatly improved the efficiency of the factory.

ZEEKR 001 is a new luxury hunting coupe, with a length of 4977mm and a long wheelbase of 3005mm, the overall proportion is very elegant. The ZEEKR 001 is equipped with an intelligent electric hook package with a maximum towing mass of 2 tons, making the hunting trips fun and reassuring for the users. There are a total of 32 storage spaces throughout the car, and the 616L traveler-style trunk space with a three-stage fold able cover design greatly meets the needs of placing items for family trips.
