JAC automobile has a number of intelligent manufacturing production bases, and its China headquarters is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, which redefines the manufacturing standard of new energy vehicles with “greening, digitizing, leaning, and transparency”. The stamping workshop in the plant has Asia’s largest 6,000-ton servo press, which is capable of realizing steel and aluminum production operations, and the switching time of the production line can be achieved in less than 4 minutes; in the welding workshop, 500 sets of robots work automatically, and the overall automation rate can reach 97.5%, and in the plant, there is also the country’s first all-aluminum car body line; The factory has introduced AGV and SPS flexible logistics management system, which can realize the intelligent management and monitoring of the whole vehicle production process and improve the overall operation progress, in addition, it can also support C2B customized service; JAC Motors has also built its own three major workshops of vehicle battery module, flat wire stator and domain control SMT for the pure electric vehicle models, which can realize the annual production capacity of more than 15GWh.
