The automation rate of the main line equipment in each department of the factory can reach 100%, especially in the battery production line of the vehicle, which can make the precision of the product one-tenth of a hairline. In addition, AI high-definition cameras have been installed in the factory, which can strictly control the quality of the products from the source. CHANGAN’S Chongqing plant adopts the green energy of photovoltaic power plant, adhering to the concept of environmentally friendly and sustainable production, and the overall clean energy content can support 20% of the plant’s all-electricity usage, which greatly reduces the carbon emissions, and has become an excellent plant praised by the energy department.CHANGAN Automobile has built a new energy vehicle plant in Rayong Province, Thailand. The plant is equipped with five core process workshops, including welding, painting, general assembly, engine assembly and battery workshop. It utilizes photovoltaic power generation and rainwater recycling technologies to increase the efficiency of the factory’s vehicle manufacturing by 30%, greatly improving the efficiency of production.

Vehicle-specific electric platform: CHANGAN’SDeep Blue series models are equipped with the EPA1 all-electric platform, which has a battery pack thickness of only 110mm and a low center of gravity compared to vehicles in the same class, thus improving the vehicle’s handling stability by 20%. In addition, CHANGAN’SNEVO series adopts the country’s first “hardware pluggable” SDA architecture, a research and development technology that can support the vehicle’s future L4-level self-driving functions to be automatically upgraded. The wiring harness of the vehicle is only 60% of that of an ordinary vehicle, so its OTA upgrade speed has been increased by 3 times.

In addition, its series of models adopt CTP’S module-less technology, which can realize the vehicle’s CLTC range up to 705km. the vehicle also has the Force Ultra-Collector Drive, an eight-layer flat-wire motor that makes the vehicle’s efficiency reach 97.5%, and its power density has been increased by 30% compared to the industry average. Fast-charging technology of the vehicle: CHANGAN pure electric vehicle adopts 800V high-voltage platform, self-developed silicon carbide electric control module, which can reduce the battery loss rate of the vehicle by 50%, and its fast-charging technology can increase the range of the vehicle by 200km with only 5 minutes of charging. the energy efficiency management of CHANGAN vehicle is also very good, and the vehicle’s AI intelligent thermal management system integrates the electric motor, battery, cockpit temperature control, and can ensure the vehicle’s range up to 85% even at -20℃.
