At the brand’s inception, BRAVEWARRION strategically positioned itself as a “full-range electrification” and unveiled its first concept vehicle, the M-Terrain, at the Geneva Motor Show in 2022, with its “full-range 800V high-voltage platform and silicon carbide electric drive “technology sent shockwaves through the industry. It also opened a new era of electric off-road. The mass production launch of the BRAVEWARRION 917 in 2023 marks the commercialization of China’s first luxury electric off-road brand. BRAVEWARRION has a modern intelligent manufacturing plant located in Wuhan, China. The plant is built according to Industry 4.0 standards, with welding workshop, painting workshop, final assembly workshop, vehicle experiment center and experience center, in addition to off-road experience track and test track and other professional supporting facilities. The factory adopts a large number of automated welding equipments, realizing the precise welding of body parts through the fully automatic operation of robots and guaranteeing the strength and precision of the vehicle body structure; under the call of global green environmental protection, the factory workshop adopts environmentally friendly painting process and environmentally friendly materials, so as to achieve compliance with the standards without affecting the appearance of the vehicle’s color and performance; in addition, the BRAVEWARRION brand also introduces an advanced production management system to realize the precise distribution and efficient assembly of vehicle parts and components. Ensure that every vehicle produced off the line meets the same standards as it left the factory. The dedicated Vehicle Experiment Center in the factory has a series of advanced testing equipment to rigorously test all aspects of the vehicle, from the powertrain to the safety configuration, to ensure that the vehicle is in the best condition before delivery to the user. The professional test and experience track in the factory allows engineers to optimize the vehicle and continuously improve its performance. Overseas, BRAVEWARRION AUTOMOTIVE has a Middle East KD plant; a European Technical Center and a Southeast Asian Operations Center in Singapore.
Based on the globalization strategy, BRAVEWARRION has set up a forward-looking design center in Shanghai, China, which is mainly responsible for vehicle styling design and user experience research; a technology research institute in Wuhan, China, which mainly focuses on the development of the vehicle’s three electric systems and intelligent Internet technology; and a research and development center in Munich, Germany, which focuses on the vehicle’s chassis tuning and automated driving technology. The BRAVEWARRION 917 EV is an all-electric off-road vehicle that combines hardcore aesthetics with technology. Its appearance is inspired by the “Oriental Waking Lion”, the front face adopts the lion’s roar type array grille, with the cross marking target headlights, the overall full of power; the body lines are stern and shapely, the vehicle’s expanded wheel arch design enhances the sense of muscle, and the hidden door handle can effectively reduce the wind resistance of the vehicle when driving, and improve the driving speed. With a body length of nearly 5 meters and a height of over 1.9 meters, the BRAVEWARRION 917 offers a spacious interior, with proportional folding support for the interior seats and a trunk that can be expanded to a maximum capacity of 1,137L. The center console is uniquely designed with “armor” around the screen, and the air vents for the air conditioner have an armor pattern, showing a sense of toughness. The center screen is 15.6 inches, the passenger screen is 12.3 inches as well as the full LCD instrument cluster, paired with an intelligent interactive system that allows for intelligent interaction across 5 screens. All seats are wrapped in Nappa leather, and the front and rear seats also support electric adjustment, heating, massage and other functions, providing a good driving experience for drivers and passengers. The BRAVEWARRION 917 is powered by four motors at the front and rear, producing a total horsepower of more than 1,088 Ps and accelerating to zero in just 4.2 seconds. Equipped with China’s first 142.7 kWh high-capacity off-road battery pack, the CLTC range can reach 505 kilometers. The vehicle supports five off-road driving modes, including “snow, mud, sand, rock and wading”, which fully meets users’ extreme off-road needs.
BRAVEWARRION has won the “China Heart” New Energy Vehicle Powertrain Gold Award for three consecutive years since its first car was launched in 2022; it has also won the German iF Design Gold Award as well as the “Five-Star Safety Certification” from the China Automotive Research Institute (CARI).
